At the St. John Regional Hospital on December 15, 2018, Doris Boulet of Charlottetown, beloved partner of Joan Conklin, passed away at the age of 78 years. She is survived by her brother, Brian Boulet (Arlene Brouwers), her nephews Craig Adams and Matthew Boulet. She was predeceased by her parents, Laurent Boulet and Yvonne (Cenerini), her stepfather Gordon Smith, sister Valerie (Ross) Browning and her partner Lyle Brehaut. Doris served in the Canadian Armed Forces before attending and graduating from Carleton University (St. Patrick’s). She furthered her long-term career within the Department of Veterans Affairs where she acquired the position of Director General of Pensions. Family, friends and colleges will remember Doris for her love of literature, good company and culinary treats. Everyone will remember Doris for her kindness and generosity. No visitation by personal request. A reception to celebrate Doris’s life will be held at the Charlottetown Hotel on Sunday, January 6, 2019 between 1:30 and 3:30 pm.
