COUPER, Charles A., acclaimed artist of Bear River, died on Dec 6th at age 94. He was born in Portsmouth, NH and served in the Army Air Corps in WW II. He moved to Bear River with his wife in the 1980's and became a Canadian citizen. Surviving children, Alayne and Claudia; sister Jane; granddaughters Erin and Kate; great grandsons Kai and Fionn. Remembrance services to be held in Digby, NS and Provincetown, MA.
