The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Saturday January 26, 2019 of Lester J. Gallant, Nail Pond aged 75 years. Beloved husband of Cora (Perry) Gallant. He was born in Tignish Shore on March 24, 1943, the son of the late Edmond and Obeline (Gaudet) Gallant. Dear father to Corrina (Keith) Perry, Northport and Alan Gallant, Tignish. Loving grandfather to Nathan (Ericka) Perry, Courtney (Cody) Doucette and great grandfather to Cyrena and Camrynn Doucette. He was predeceased by parents Edmond and Obeline, brother Raymond, sister-in-law Emily, father and mother-in-law Fidile and Florence Perry, brothers-in-law Lloyd and Everett Perry, sister-in-law Dorothy Perry. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road for visiting hours Sunday 6-9 pm. Funeral will be held Monday January 28, 2019 at St. Simon & St. Jude Church with funeral mass at 10:30 am.
