We, the family of the late Anna “Dolores” (Phalen) Penman, wish to express our deep appreciation to those who have offered support and condolences during our bereavement. Your love and prayers have been a great comfort to us. Thank you to everyone who participated in the visitation and funeral for Mom. We would like to especially thank Curry’s Funeral home, Fr. Norman MacPhee, Debbie Keating, the ladies of St. Mary’s and St. Gregory’s Parishes, Port Morien Volunteer Fire Department, CBRM Handi-Trans, our friends, families, neighbours and co-workers. We would also like to thank New Dawn, Cape Breton County Homemakers, and the staff at Taigh Na Mara for their wonderful care in Mom’s later years.
