The family, of Michael Barron, wish to announce his passing on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at his home in Kamloops, B.C.
He leaves behind to mourn his wife, Alma; five daughters; one son and seven grandchildren.
He was the son of the late Frank and Katherine (Hanrahan) Barron.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary (Molly) Moffatt and Genevive (Tootsie) MacGillivray.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Doug, Francis (Barney); his sisters, Rita, Katherine, Alice T., Joan and Rose.
Cremation and service will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2019 in Kamloops, B.C.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be at Holy Cross Church, Glace Bay on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 6 p.m. Rev. Father Norman McPhee officiating.
