Peacefully in Fairfield, California on January 31, 2019 the death of Donna Spencer White in her 72nd. year, formerly of Charlottetown. Donna was the daughter of the late Harold and Wilma Spencer. She leaves to mourn her son Jay, daughter Amber, 11 grandchildren and brother Harold. Donna has been cremated. A service will be held at Bryan-Barker Funeral Home on February 15, 2019.
