It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Linda Winsor announce her peaceful passing surrounded by her family at the Long-Term Care Facility in Corner Brook on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the young age of 66. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her mom Theresa Power; sister: Mary (Bill) Fisher, brothers: Wayne (Cheryl) Power, Butch (Patrick)(Karen)Power, Stephen Power, all of Corner Brook, sister-in-law Clarice Stratton; brothers-in-law: Howard, Alvin, Byron and Gerald Winsor; special friend Maxine Hindy, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Keith Winsor; her father, Patrick Power; her sister, Sheila Ereaut; and her special nephew, Jason Fisher. Family and friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Monday, Feb 18, 2019 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will take place Tuesday, February 19, 2019, 2pm at the First Pentecostal Church, Premier Drive with Pastor Soper officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada, Long Term Care Facility in Corner Brook, or to a charity of one's choice.
