It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Anne Taylor at the age of 77 on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the Ocean View Continuing Care Centre, Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia.
Daughter of the late Christena and John Moore, of Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia.
Sharon was predeceased by her loving husband, James Thomas Taylor and with his passing in 1993, Sharon relocated to Halifax to be closer to her children – daughter, Nancy Ivey (husband Kenneth) and son, James Taylor (wife Kelly). Sharon was a loving mother and grandmother to Kenzie and Morgan Ivey, and Quinn and Zoey Taylor. She will also leave behind one sister Beverley Goss.
Sharon enjoyed gardening, singing in the choir, dancing, and was a creative soul who enjoyed life, had a wonderful sense of humor, and was the heart of her family.
A Private family ceremony will be held at Fillmore and Whitman Funeral Home, 8 Clyde Ave., Sydney Mines, NS.
