Richard passed at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the age of 75 years and Vanda passed at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, March 18, 2019 at the age of 70 years, together forever. Beloved parents of Lisa, Dawn and Scott. Loving Nanny and Poppy to Dean, Morgan, Cole, Lauren, Logan, Ty, Aiden and Brianna and great grandparents to Kyan and Kiera. Richard is the son of the late Edward James and Loretta Agnes Chinery and is the brother of John (deceased), Jimmy (deceased), Barb, Wanda, Ronnie and Wayne. Vanda is the daughter of the late Dennis and Mary Pilcher and is the sister of Billy Pilcher (deceased), Mary Hutchinson and Debbie Berrigan. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home.
