She is predeceased by her husband, Charles, and parents, Nancy (Watson) and Percy Keizer. Margaret was born in Hall’s Harbour, Nova Scotia on March 20, 1920. She moved to Halifax to attend High School and proceeded to live a full life of continuous outreach and service to others. Margaret was a life member of the YWCA, a life member of the Nova Scotia Insurance Women’s Association, and a life member of St. Matthews United Church in Halifax. She worked in the insurance industry for 45 years. Upon her retirement from Reed Stenhouse, she continued to be very active and involved in her church and community. She enjoyed entertaining and was a wonderful cook and could give a party like none other. She was a lady who loved to dress up and was full of hospitality in the form of pie or hot milk cake with a cup of tea to anyone in need. There will be no visitation, by request.
