Jean MacLean, long time resident of Sydney Mines, passed away on May 6, 2019 in High Prairie, Alberta at the age of 87 after a short stay in the High Prairie Hospital.
Jean was born on April 4, 1932 and was predeceased by her loving husband, Murray.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Heather (Bert) Daly of High Prairie and her son, Blair MacLean of Sydney, Cape Breton. She is also survived by her sisters, Elsie Young and Doris O'toole, both of Bras d'Or. Cremation has taken place, and no service will be held upon Jean's request.
