The death occurred at the Community Hospital, O’Leary on Monday June 3, 2019 of Allan J. Wedge, Miminegash aged 52 years. He was born in Alberton on December 13, 1966, the son of the late Everett and Jean (Butler) Wedge. He is survived by son Evan MacQuarrie, Charlottetown, brothers and sisters Louise Carragher (late Jackie), Miminegash, Ellen Perry (Omer), Pleasant View, Sonny Wedge (Elaine), St. Louis, Blair Wedge (Margaret), Christopher Cross, Donna Gaudet (Stanley), Pleasant View, Lorna, Pleasant View, Stanford Wedge (Andrea), Miminegash, Louella Wedge, Summerside and Blake Wedge (Tammy), Charlottetown. He was predeceased by parents Everett and Jean, brother Jimmy. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Tuesday 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday June 5, 2019 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 4 p.m. Memorial donations toward funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated. Interment in the church cemetery.
