Born August 13, 1940 in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Joseph “Joe” Jr. and Iona (Nickerson) Mailman. After graduating high school as student body president and class valedictorian, Nannie Wyman devoted most of her life to raising her family and being a homemaker. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting wool socks, animals, watching The Young and the Restless and she loved dancing, laughing and joking. She was also a true believer in keeping her house clean herself…nobody could do it quite like she did! But what she truly enjoyed most was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and putting special photo albums together for each one of them. She will be remembered by all who knew her as a beautiful, humble and unselfish woman. She leaves behind her loving children, Christopher (Tammie) Wyman, South Ohio; Michael Wyman, Tusket; Joanna Wyman, Chegoggin and David Wyman, Sandford, along with her precious grandchildren, Tyler, Jeremy and Nikki, and great grandchildren, Jacob, Kaleigh, Camden, Avery, Tori and Dawson. Also surviving is her sister, Joyce Devine and her brother, Gregory Mailman, both of the Annapolis Valley, as well as her former husband, Grant. Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Goodwin. A private service will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to H.M.
