Ruby “Margaret” Ellis
The death occurred at Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Saturday, July 20, 2019 of Ruby "Margaret" Ellis, formerly of Northam. aged 84, wife of the late Chesley Ellis. Margaret was born in Heatherdale on January 12, 1935 and raised in Caledonia by her parents the late Beaton and Louisa (Bears) Stewart. Cherished Mom to Judy Greenan, Summerside; Marshall (Connie), Lumby, BC and Greg, Freetown. Loving grandmother to Sydney (Jordan) Gaudet, Miscouche; Alyx Ellis, Summerside; Alison (Ryan) Coles, Calgary, AB; William, Calgary, AB; Bailee Ellis (Ryan), Fort Nelson, B.C. and Parker Ellis (Sydnie), Campbell River, B.C. and her great granddaughter Isla Gaudet. Margaret is also survived by her sister Verna (Wallace) Lowe, Halifax. N.S and sister in law Eileen Ellis, Ottawa, ON. Predeceased by her husband Chesley, parents, son Brent, son in law Alan Greenan and a granddaughter Cheryl Elizabeth in infancy. Resting at Ferguson Tyne Vallley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Monday from 4-7p.m. Funeral will be held on Tuesday at Victoria West Presbyterian Church at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Tyne Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
