GODIN, AURÈLE - At the Tracadie-Sheila Hospital, surrounded by his family, Aurèle J. Godin of Neguac passed away on Friday July 15, 2011 at the age of 99. Husband of the late Ovilda Allain. He was the son of the late Agapit Godin and the late Marie Allain. He is survived by his seven children: Catherine (Léopold Poirier) of St-Philippe, Gérard-Raymond (Shirley) of Neguac, Colette (Robert Savoie) of Tabusintac, Paul-Emile (Gisèle) of St-Albert, Alberta, Marie (Georges Bourgeois) of Dieppe, Dolorès (Mike DeMone) with whom he lived in Neguac and Jeanne (Henri Gibbs) of Dieppe; his fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and many nephew, nieces, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by one son, Joseph; his brothers and sisters: Azade, Alain, Patrice, Zoël, Nélida, Vitaline, Léontine, Elodie and Théodorée.
Mr Godin will be resting at Robichaud Home & Son, 50, Otho Street, Neguac on Tuesday July 19 at 7 pm. The funeral services will be held at the St-Bernard Church of Neguac on Thursday July 21 at 2 pm Visitation hours : Tuesday 7 to 9, Wednesday 2 to 4, 7 to 9, Thursday 12 until the departure.
