Herbert Shea of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at the age of 78 years. Herb had a long and successful career in the oilfield industry and in transportation. He maintained many friendships with his colleagues after his retirement. The family would like to thank those wonderful friends and neighbours for all of their support towards Herb over the years. Thank you also to the terrific home care and caregivers for their compassionate care. Herb will be greatly missed by his sons Larry and Hal (Barbara). He is also survived by his sisters and brother as well as many other extended family members. Herb was predeceased by his loving wife Ruth Shea and also by his parents Violet and Harold Shea.
