JOHANNES (Sanford), Phyllis (Phee) Marguerite passed away in her 82nd year at Lisaard House, Cambridge, Ont. on August 3, 2011. Born in Walton, Hants Co., she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Edna Sanford. She is survived by husband, John (Joe) of 56 years, daughters — Karen, Sue (Albert) Dearlove, both of Cambridge, Ont. and Pam (Steve) Knechtel of Ayr, Ont., grandchildren –Chantelle, Kyle and Katie; three step-grandchildren; three great step-grandchildren; sisters — Annie Manley, Noel, Jean Neumann (Sis), Comox, BC, June (Charles) Card, Falmouth, Barb (Malcolm) Gould, Falmouth and Lois Otton, Walton. She was predeceased by brothers Danny and Bill Sanford. Her two passions in life were bowling and being at home taking care of her family. A memorial service was held on August 9, 2011 at Coutts Funeral Home, Cambridge, Ont. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lisaard House would be appreciated by the family.
