Peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Sunday, October 4, 2009, of Karen Ruth Garrett (nee West) of Montague, age 58 years. Loving wife of Ron. Devoted mother of Ryan (Susie), Sean (Brenda). Cherished grandmother of Charley, Abby and Ethan. Dear daughter of Charles and the late Edith (Ward) West. Daughter-in-law of Marjorie and the late Vernon Garrett. Sister of Marilyn (Paul) Seymour, Beverly (Hazen) Trueman, Jan Thibaudeau, Lynda (Neil) Clare, sister-in-law of Mike (Kathy) Garrett and Rick Garrett. Predeceased by sister Kim West, brother-in-law Georges Thibaudeau and sister-in-law Karolyn Garrett. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home until Wednesday, then to Hillcrest United Church for funeral service at 3:30 p.m. Interment in the Community Park Cemetery.
