MUISE, IRENE - Irene Muise, 95, of Eel River Rd, Baie Sainte-Anne, NB, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2011 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. She was born in Baie Sainte-Anne, NB, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Jane Clark (Daigle) Mazerolle. She is survived by her daughters: Jeannine Cyr (Maurice Gagnon) of Beresford, Rita (Wayne) Morris of Nova Scotia, Ginette (Phil) Despres of Baie Sainte-Anne, NB, Eva Muise (Mike Martin) of Miramichi, sons; Leo, Walter, Olan, Claude (Nina), Johnny, Gerard (Monique) all of Baie Sainte-Anne, NB, one brother: Albenis (Rejanne) Mazerolle of Baie Sainte-Anne, NB, thirty-two grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband John Alfred Muise, daughters: Rena Richard and Edith Oaklay, one great-granddaughter: Cynthia, one grandson: Marcel, daughter-in-law: Yvette Meuse, brothers: Alfred, Eddy and Edgar, sister: Eva Chiasson.
Irene Muise rested at the Baie Sainte-Anne Slumberoom in Baie Sainte-Anne, NB, Sunday, August 28th, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Monday, August 29th, 2011 from 9am till time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, August 29th, 2011 at 11am from St Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie Sainte-Anne with Fr Mercier officiating. Active pallbearers were Mike Martin, Luc Martin, Paul Muise, Emmanuel Cyr, Yvon Cyr and Martin McIntyre. As expressions of sympathy donations to the memorial of ones choice would be appreciated.
