Peacefully, surrounded by his family, after a brave and courageous battle with cancer on Aug. 28, 2011 in his 49th year.
Predeceased by his father, Patrick McDonough and mother, Zita (McPhee) McDonough. Loving husband of Denise (Cull) McDonough, dearest father of Dayna McDonough and Zita McDonough. Brother of Mike (Sandra) McDonough and sons, Dennis and Jonathan. Brother of Martin (Glenda) McDonough and daughters, Melissa and Amy.
Special thanks to Dr. St. Croix and staff at the Gander Cancer Clinic. As well, special thanks to Dr. Blundell, Dr. Casey and nursing staff at James Paton Hospital.
Family and friends may pay respect on Tuesday Aug. 30, 2011 5-9 p.m. at Stacey's Funeral Home, 60 Roe Ave., Gander.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Evangel Pentecostal Church, Gander for “Gander House in Africa”.
