David Harold Falk of Kelowna, BC, born September 29, 1941, passed away September 1, 2011 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease.
He leaves to mourn son Brad, daughter Tannis, granddaughter Tristan, his friend and companion Lola, his siblings and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M., on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at 1905 Springfield Rd., Kelowna, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Society of Canada.
