The death occurred at her late residence on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011 of Sandra Marie Woodin (nee Campbell) of Summerside, P.E.I. and formerly of Halifax, N.S., aged 59 years. Sandra was born on Aug. 14, 1952 in Halifax, N.S. to her late parents Charles "Buss" and Winnifred "Winnie" Campbell. Beloved wife of Dan Woodin and loving mother of Steven (Lisa) of Saint John, N.B., Heather Woodin and Julie (Simon) Hodge all of Halifax, N.S. Also lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren Jocelyne, Zachary, Aiden, Nathaniel, Alex and Abigail, her many nieces and nephews and her two granddogs Hershey and Shala. Survived by her sisters Penny (Dave) Kiley of Halifax, N.S. and Bubbles (Gerry) Mercier of Winnipeg, MB. Besides her parents, Sandra was predeceased by brothers Terry and Cyril Campbell. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, Oct. 19 for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in Halifax, N.S. Memorial donations in Sandra’s memory to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. No visiting hours by personal request.
