BENSON, SANDRA - Sandra Irene (Sandy) Benson, 47, of Colpitts Settlement, passed away at her residence, Sunday, October 30, 2011. Born in Toronto, Ont. she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Frances (Constantine) Benson. Sandra was a graduate of Petitcodiac Regional School and was a teaching assistant at the school. She loved working at the school with her "kids". Sandra also loved spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren and her three beloved cats. She is survived and missed by her fiance Jason Adair; daughters Ashley Cruickshank (Donald) of Moncton and Courtney Cruickshank of Riverview; son Blake Cruickshank of Dieppe; granddaughters Jessica and Natalie; sister Shelly Rogers (Derek Teed) of Moncton; Joan and Brian Adair and their family of Steeves Mountain and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Wednesday, 6 to 9 pm and from where the funeral will be held Thursday, November 3 at 2:30 pm with Rev. Dan Compton officiating.
