E. Louise Dickson

DICKSON, E. LOUISE - Louise Dickson of Hammond River, widow of Laurence Dickson, passed away at Kings Way Care Centre, Quispamsis on November 6, 2011. She was born in Nauwigewauk, daughter of the late Percival and Gladys (Devoe) Henderson. Louise was a member of Nauwigewauk Christian Church, United Empire Loyalist, Friends of Calligraphy, and Nauwigewauk Community Club. Her greatest love was entertaining family and friends at her home on the Neck. She is survived by one son, Donald Dickson (Barbara), Hammond River; and daughter, Hazel Beyea (Stephen), Hampton; three sisters, Lillian Anderson, Nauwigewauk, Joan Henderson, Saint John, Norma Compton, Plymouth, Mass.; one brother, Ronald Henderson, Darlings Island; five grandchildren, Tara Harris, Sara and Cassia Beyea, Elizabeth and Laura Dickson; two great grandchildren, Kayden Harris and Olivia Smith; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one daughter, Elizabeth; one brother, Jim Henderson; and two sisters, Irene Donahue and Marilyn Henderson. A special thank you to the volunteers and staff at Kings Way Care Centre.
Resting at Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton on Monday from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held 11:00am, Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Reid’s Funeral Home. Interment in Saint Andrews Kirk United Church Cemetery, Hammond River. Memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
