ROGERS, LEONA (LIVINGSTON) - Peacefully, surrounded by family at University Hospital, on Friday, November 18th, 2011, Leona (Livingston) Rogers, of London, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Charles “Chuck” Rogers. Dear mother of Greg Rogers, of Vancouver, B.C., Cindy-Lee Rogers and her husband Perry Ferguson, of London and Shawn Rogers, of the Sunshine Coast. Loving Nanny and Nonnie to Chantal, Cynthia, David, Siarra, all of B.C., and Chloe and Dayna of London. Great-grandmother of Ayro, Lyric, Rain and Taylor. Sister of Margo McFarlane of Carstairs, Alberta. Predeceased by brothers Everett, Jack, Gordon (Bev) and Don, and by great-grandson Kori. Leona was an ardent sailor who lived and cruised aboard their sailboat the “John F. Livingston” for 27 years.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Woodland Cemetery.
