LeBLANC, ALBÉO J - 1937 – 2011 - Ste-Anne-de-Kent – Albéo LeBlanc, 74, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, on Friday, December 2nd, 2011, after a lengthy illness. Born in Ste-Anne-de-Kent, on June 21st, 1937, he was the son of the late Alban and Régina (Cormier) LeBlanc. Albéo will be sadly missed by his wife, Lucia (Cormier); his son, Roger of Mass, USA; his daughter, Carol Drysdale (Paul) of Amherst, NS; his daughter-in-law, Joanne; his brother, Normand (late Jeannine), of Ste-Anne-de-Kent; his four sisters, Hélèna Bastarache (André) of Hamilton, ON, Alice McNairn (late Robert), Eva Maillet (late Alphonse) and Albertine LeBlanc all of Ste-Anne-de-Kent; two granddaughters, Michelle and Nicole; also several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Gérard and two sisters, Géralda and Simonne.
Visitations will be held at the Ste-Anne-de-Kent slumber room on Sunday, December 4th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Monday, December 5th from 9:30 am until time of the funeral. Funeral service will be at the Ste-Anne-de-Kent RC Church on Monday, December 5th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to Palliative Care of Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
