Creusa was a player of the violin and piano in her early years and continued her love for the piano throughout her life. Creusa was an accomplished chef, decorator, hospital volunteer and supporter of charitable organizations.
Following retirement, Creusa was an enthusiastic volunteer at the Halifax International Airport and continued to happily travel the world. Despite having resided in every continent save Antarctica, she remained a staunch and proud Canadian.
