Lawrence Carey August 1, 1930 - November 22, 2011. It is with sadness that the families of the late Lawrence Carey announce his passing at his residence on November 22, 2011 in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL at the age of 81 years. Lawrence is predecease by his wife, June; grandson, John; brothers, Bob, John, and William. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons, Roger (Michelle) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, and Trevor (Shirley) of Red Deer, AB; daughter, Sharon Roberts of Red Deer, AB; grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Tyler, Wendy, Kimberley, and Shelly; great-grandchild, Brody; sisters, Patricia, Marie, Cecelia, Rosie and Bertha; brothers, Michael, Gordon, and Charles. The Visitation took place Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 7-9 pm, Thursday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. The funeral service was held on Friday, November 25, 2011 at 2 pm from The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Union Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
