CULLINS, FANNIE NETTIE - It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Fannie Nettie (Drost) Cullins of River View Manor which occurred on Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital with loved ones at her side. Fannie was born in Wicklow on April 25, 1924 the daughter of the late Stanley and Beatrice (Young) Drost. A devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Fannie was a selfless caring woman always putting other first. Fannie is survived by her two children, Della Durelle, Saint John, and Vincent Cullins of Beechwood; seven grandchildren, Carmelle Robichaud (Marc), Hampton, Rachelle Legere (Jeff), Hampton, Michelle Durelle, Saint John, Marc Durelle (Norma) of Poll Hill, Bentea Graham (Cory), Edmonton AB, Nicole Cullins, Campbell River, BC and Melissa Ouelette, Amherst, NS; nine great grandchildren, Nicolas and Mélanie Robichaud, Jeremy and Jared Legere, Noah and Sarah Durelle, Jenna Durelle, Kaitlyn Graham and Nicholas McPhee; one sister, Madeline Lunn of Perth Andover; brother in laws, Samuel Cullins of Woodstock and Richard Cullins (Sheril) of Mainstream, several nieces, nephews and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Perley Cullins, one sister, Olive DeMerchant, five brothers, Otis, Guy, Jimmy, Benny and Scott.
Resting at L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Friday, January 20, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 1:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Paul Smith will officiate. Interment will be in the Hunter Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to River View Manor, The Canadian Diabetes Association or the memorial of the donor`s choice would be appreciated.
