DOUCETTE, Clayton Vincent (Joe) - Peacefully at the Civic Hospital on January 4, 2012 in his 92nd year. Husband of the late Verna, dear father of Susan (John Kennedy) and Tom, loved grandfather of Carrie. Survived by siblings Mel, Nelson, and Edith and sisters-in-law Lorraine and Betty. He was a proud soldier in the Armed Forces, serving overseas in WWII. Thanks to the terrific staff at the Ottawa Heart Institute and the Ottawa Civic Hospital. A private funeral will be conducted at a later date in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
