WAMBOLT, James J. - 81, of Port Howe, Cumberland County, passed away peacefully at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Amherst on February 1st, 2012. Born July 17th, 1930 in Milton, he was a son of the late Cecil and Beatrice (Muree) Wamboldt. Bud, as he was known to his friends and family, was owner/operator of Wamboldt’s Texaco, later becoming Wamboldt’s Irving in Milton from 1968 to 1979. In late years, at his home in Port Howe, he did piecework for Seagull Pewter, Pugwash, for over twenty years. In his spare time, he loved to work on outdoor projects with his tractor and inside his workshop. Bud was a member and Past Master of Prince of Wales Lodge #29, Milton, A.F. & A.M. He is survived by his wife Julie (Teed) (Cameron); daughters Linda (Clarke) Rafuse of Milton, Sharon (Brian) Munroe of Moose Harbour, Tina (Kevin) Whynott of Brooklyn; Stepdaughter Linda (Tom) Hebb of Port Howe, step- sons Allen (Rochelle) Cameron of Beverly, MA. Kenneth (Eva) Cameron of Pugwash, Gary (Janet) Cameron of Aurora, ON., James (Angie) Cameron of Fort McMurray, AB. Sisters Inez (Charles) Eaton of Milton, Marion Gardner of Tottenham, ON., Kathleen Yuill of Fort Saskatchewan, AB. Brothers Douglas (Elsie), Roger (Geraldine) and Lloyd (Patricia) all of Milton, Donald (Gail) Stouffville, ON. 8 grandchildren, 6 stepgrandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother George of Milton. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. Funeral Service and Masonic Service were held Tuesday, February 7th, in Milton Baptist Church. Reverend Corey Pickens officiated. Burial was in Milton Community Cemetery.
