Peacefully in hospital with his family at his side. Lenville “Len” son of the late Hattie and Elmo of Advocate Harbour, NS. Husband of the late Margaret (nee Trainor). Loved father of son James “Jim” and Donna (nee Marshall), son Robert “Bob” and Judith “Judy” (nee Lyons). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren John (Shannon), Kathryn (Kevin) and Ryan. Survived by great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Andrew and Emma. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Civic Campus ICU and the staff and residents of the Carleton Place Manor for their care, comfort and friendship. Friends were invited to call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), Nepean on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 12noon. Entombment Pinecrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
