It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Francis Tremblett of Grand Falls-Windsor announce his passing on March 20, 2012 at the age of 85. He was a member of the Memorial United Church in Grand Falls-Windsor. William is predeceased by his loving wife of 63 years, Marguerite (Temple); parents, William and Marie Tremblett; brothers, Walter, Joe, Gus, Pat; and sister Alice. Left with fond and loving memories are sons, Paul (Eleanor) of Floyd, Virginia, USA, Peter (Genevieve) of Head of Bay D’Espoir, NL, and Douglas (Roxanne) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; daughters, Marguerite (Ronald Urquhart) of Happy Valley, NL, and Denise (Harry Hutchings) of St. John’s, NL. Also leaving to mourn grandchildren, Keith (Vicki) Urquhart, Jason (Chantel) Urquhart, Nicole Tremblett and Andrew Tremblett; great-grandchildren, Kade and Ilyana Urquhart, Xavier and Zane Urquhart; brothers George (Rose), John (the late Jean), Cyril (Imalda), Michael (Mary), Donald (Gwen) and Raymond (Mary); and sisters, Clara (Walter O’Toole) and Marcella (Andy Adamson). Rev. Royden Reynolds conducted the funeral service at the Memorial United Church on March 23, 2012. Interment was at the United Church Cemetery in Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers were Peter Tremblett, Douglas Tremblett, Andrew Tremblett, Ronald Urquhart, Harry Hutchings, Donald Tremblett and Michael Tremblett.
