LANDRY, FLORA - (1924 - 2012) - St-Louis - Following a long illness, at Villa Maria of St-Louis de Kent, on Thursday, March 22nd, 2012, at the age of 87, passed away Flora Landry, wife of the late Emile Landry. Born on December 20th, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Antoine Bordage and of the late Marguerite Gallant. She will be missed by her two daughters: Camilla (Bernard) Hébert of Grande-Digue, and Adrienne (Anselme) Daigle of Acadieville: six sons: Omer (Lilianne Lefebvre) of Trois-Rivières, Yvon (Gisèle) of St-Jean, Ronald (Maria) of Acadieville, André (Claudette) of St-Charles, Alfred of Ottawa, and Léo-Paul (Maureen) of Acadieville; three brothers: Eloi (Roseline), Albert (Maria) both of Aldouane, and Father Adrien Bordage at Les Pères Trappistes of Rogersville; three sisters: Léocadie (the late Edouard Savoie) of St-Louis de Kent, Eveline (the late Delphis Babineau) of St-Stephen, and Cecile (Alyre Chevarie) of St-Charles; one sister-in-law: Cecilia (the late Ulysse) of Shédia: one brother-in-law: Medric (the late Léa) Robichaud of Acadieville as well as 14 grandchildren, 16 great grand children and many nephews and nieces. Mrs. Landry was predeceased by three brothers: Ulysse, Léo, and Dolphé as well as three sisters: Zélia, Marie-Anne, and Léa.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at the Salle André-Bérubé of Acadieville, on Friday, March 23rd at 2pm. Funerals will be held at the Immaculée-Conception RC church in Acadieville, on Saturday, March 24th at 11am. Visiting hours: Friday, March 23rd from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm, and on Saturday, March 24th from 9:30am until the departure for the funerals.
