Irene Cecelia Dugas
Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Souris Hospital on Sunday, March 25, 2012, of Irene Dugas (nee Creed), wife of the late Ernie Dugas, age 90 years.
Loving mother of Lolly Deagle (Wilfie), Frances Bruce (Rupert), Charlotte Coffin (James), Bonnie MacDonald (Jimmy) and Ernestine MacDonald (Richard). Survived by daughter-in-law Susan Dugas and sisters-in-law Joan MacDonald, Rita Cox, Ceceilia Creed and brother-in-law Snookie Dugas; fondly remembered by grandchildren Cory, Kelly, Matthew, Marley, Sarah, Rachel, Daniel, Cody, Tyler, Conrad and Paul; two special great-grandchildren Aggy and Jackson.
Predeceased by son Philip; grandson Jordan MacDonald; sisters Madeline MacDonald, Mary Creed; and brother Maurice Creed.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Wednesday evening, March 28, 2012, from 6-9 p.m. and Thursday morning 9:30 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral to be held on Thursday morning to St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
