Joan Agnes Robinson, 65, of Glace Bay passed peacefully at home on April 3, 2012.
She was the daughter of the late Jeanette (Wilson) and Alfred Robinson.
She will be sorely missed by her children, Terry (Erin) Hearn, Michael Hearn, Jo-Jo (Mark) Hearn, Joan Miles and her grandchildren, Jeanna, Leanore, Tennyson and Kenji. She is also survived by brother, Tony Robinson and sisters, Alene (Butch) MacDougall, Loretta Robinson (Pat Hall), Irma Robinson (Reg Black), along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by brothers, Bill, John and Heckie Robinson, a sister, Marion Ransome, and Mary Caroline and Joan Mary in infancy.
Cremation has taken place with no visitation or services.
A celebration of her life will take place at Unit 246 Army and Navy on Saturday, April 14. Check Friday’s paper for details.
