Cowie – Douglas Wayne Cowie of Prince Albert and formerly of Mankota, Saskatchewan, passed away suddenly on April 14, 2012 at the age of 63 years. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in First Baptist Church, 1351 – 28 ST E. Doug was born Dec 7, 1948 at Mankota, Saskatchewan. Doug was predeceased by his father Ronald Cowie and one sister Sheila Keen. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 35 years, Bonnie; mother Florence of Moose Jaw, S.K.; one sister Bev (Dave) Morley of Cranbrook, B.C.; daughter Heather of Calgary, A.B.; and three son’s Craig (Joan) of Whitecourt, A.B., Colin (Rebecca) of Dallas, T.X.; and Ian of Kamloops, B.C.; grandchildren, 2, and numerous other relatives.
