LeBLANC, JEAN-GUY - 1982 - 2012 - Moncton – Jean-Guy LeBlanc, 29, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, April 19, 2012, after a lengthy battle with leukemia. Born in Moncton on December 10, 1982, he was the son of Paul Babineau and Nancy LeBlanc. Jean-Guy loved to DJ for entertainment and planning event, he also liked to sing karaoke. Besides his parents, Paul (Suzanne) of Petit-Rocher and Nancy (Peter Lovelock) of Moncton; he will be sadly missed by his daughter, Sophey LeBlanc of Alberta; his half-sister, Lisa Lovelock of Moncton; his half-brother, Stephane of Petit-Rocher; his special friend, Melissa Fearon of Moncton; his paternal grandparents, Firmin and Zelica Babineau of Pont-du-Milieu; his maternal grandparents, Fabien LeBlanc (Denise) of Aldouane and Jeannette Daigle of St-Charles; his god parents, Della Babineau of Edmonton, AB and Ricky LeBlanc of Phoenix, USA; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many amazing friends. He was predeceased by his maternal great grandparents, Albénie and Lorette (Robichaud) Daigle.
Visitations will be at Passage, 625 Mountain Rd, Moncton, on Tuesday, April 24 from 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday, April 25 from 9:30 till time of the funeral. Funeral service will be held at the Passage Chapel in Moncton on Wednesday, April 25 at 11 am. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Moncton Hospital (Oncology Dept.) or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
