REDDICK: It is with heavy hearts that we announce at the young age of 63, the passing of William (Bill) George Reddick of Swift Current, SK, on April 13, 2012, in the presence of his wife, son and daughter, after an extremely hard fought and courageous battle with cancer. Bill was born in Rouleau, Saskatchewan and is predeceased by his parents, Murray & Ethel Reddick; a brother Barry and sister Beverley. Bill is survived by his wife Linda (of 42 years), his son Bill Jr. (Shawna) of Lethbridge and daughter Belinda (Dave)of Saskatoon. Also cherishing his memory are four of the most important people in his life - his granddaughters: Kaitlyn, Marissa and Payton and his grandson Brayden. Also surviving are brothers Bob (Jes), Brian and sister Bernice; his father and mother-in-law Norm and Kay Peterson, who he loved as his own, and brothers-in-law: Terry (Deb) and Keith (Carol) as well as many nieces and nephews, who remember uncle Bill and the affection he had for each of them. Bill worked for the Sask Wheat Pool for over 28 years living in Macrorie, Govan and Swift Current. These past few years he was employed at Tele-Rite and loved his job. Besides his grandchildren, his love of sports kept him active year round. He played baseball, hockey and loved the game of golf, always anticipating the annual golf trip with the "group". Memorial donations to the Elmwood Junior Golf Team, Box 373, Swift Current, SK S9H3V8, would be appreciated by the family. Warren's Funeral Home were entrusted with the arrangements.
