Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, April 22, 2012, Walter M. Stone of Harbour Grace, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents: Walter and Marguerite Stone; sister: Glenna. Left to mourn, wife: Amy; one daughter: Corrinne Stone, Calgary, AB; four sons: Stephen (Samantha), Alberta, Terry (Jill), Bay Roberts, Richard, British Columbia and Dion (Charlene), Bay Roberts; five grandchildren: Ellie, Janna, Tristan, Avery and Jaxson; one sister: Judy (Gerald) O'Keefe, Alberta; special cousin: Paul Stone, Harbour Grace; special friends: Jim (Linda) Snow, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Rev. Hugh Fudge conducted the funeral service on Thursday, April 26 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. Interment took place in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic.
