BUTLER, John – February 17, 1939 - December 10, 2009. Passed peacefully on December 10, surrounded by his family, John Butler, at Maimoniades Hospital, Brooklyn, New York, formerly of Torbay, N.L. John leaves to mourn his devoted wife Noreen (Manning); his two sons: Glenn (Christine), Gregory (Michelle); precious granddaughters: Caleigh, Maggie; and grandson Christopher, all of the United States; his two sisters: Dorothy Tulk and Maureen Cheeseman and their families of Torbay, N.L. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, December 14, 2009, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church in Brooklyn, New York. Cremation has taken place.
