Peacefully at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on Friday, May 4, 2012, of Marion Vera Henderson (nee MacIntyre), age 99 years.
Mother of Betty Savidant (Earl), Wanda Doiron (Lorne), Gail Scott, Lorna Scott (Carl) and Debbie MacRae. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Warren Henderson, by her parents Minnie and Vernon MacIntyre, by her brothers and sisters, Carrie Gregory, Eva Coles, Florence White, Mildred Arthur, Walter MacIntyre, Ira Lloyd MacIntyre, and by her sons-in-law Robert (Bob) MacRae and Garth Scott.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Monday, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday from Park Royal United Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
