McCREA, CLAUDETTE - Mrs. Claudette Catherine McCrea with great courage and dignity passed away on May 6, 2012 at the age of 65 with her three girls and close friends at her side. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Claudette will continue to live on in the hearts of her three daughters: Annette Carhart (Andrew), Terri McCrea (Bob Chevarie) and Tanya McCrea (Brett Laye); her granddaughter Corinna McCrea (Andrew Pond); her brother-in-law, Rick and his wife Edith; her sister-in-law, Melissa Smith; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by the father of her children, James McCrea. She is predeceased by her parents: Clarence and Theresa (Tynes) Miller and by her special friend, Bob Wortman.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Wednesday 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm. A Celebration of Claudette‘s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 10:00 am. The interment will take place at Goshen Anglican Cemetery.
