Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Albert O’Mahony Memorial Manor, Clarenville on Monday, May 7, 2012, Wilson Slade of Arnold’s Cove, aged 75 years. Predeceased by sisters Ada and Alice; brothers Neil and Morgan. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Ruby of 39 years; step-son Graham (Susan); grandchildren Lidia and Oliver; brothers Reginald (Marion) and Walter (Jessie); brother-in-law Walter Allen; sisters-in-law Bessie Slade and Norma Slade and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Arnold’s Cove 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 8. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the St. Michael’s All Angels Anglican Church, Arnold’s Cove with cremation to follow.
