STARK: Pearl, age 66, of Neidpath, SK passed away suddenly on May 5th, 2012 at the family farm. The celebration of her life was held at 1:30pm, May 9th, 2012 from Warren's Funeral Home, with John Duncan officiating. The organist was Arlie Neufeld. The interment service was held at Mount Pleasant Burial Park. The honorary pallbearers were her grandchildren, Ethan Warkentin, Carter Warkentin, Avery Munro, and Taylor Munro. Pearl is survived by her husband, Alfred Stark, daughters, Kim (John) Warkentin (Ethan and Carter), Paula (Stacey) Munro (Avery and Taylor), brother, Ivor Greer, nephew, Jason (Angie) Greer (Connor and Aiden), sister-in-law, Elaine (Gordon) Johnson, nephew, Stephen (Sandra) Johnson (David), sister-in-law, Linda (Larry) Scheller. Pearl is predeceased by her father, Murray Greer, mother, Elsie Greer, nephew, Darrin Greer, and sister-in-law, Laura Greer. Pearl was born to Murray and Elsie Greer in Hamilton, Ontario on May 20th, 1945. She moved to Saskatchewan at the age of seven. Pearl married Alfred Stark on February 10th, 1968 in Swift Current, SK, and moved to the family farm. They had two daughters, Kim in 1972 and Paula in 1977. She always loved the peacefulness of living on the farm. Pearl always had an avid love for the farm dogs. Pearl enjoyed fishing, camping, shopping, and socializing with her many friends and family. Spoiling her grandchildren was one of her favorite past times. She had a zest for life, and always enjoyed visiting and spending time with both friends and family. Pearl always lived life to the fullest and had a good time wherever she went. She will be sadly missed by many. Donations in her memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
