The family of the late Ann Higgins wish to express their appreciation to those who offered kindness, support and messages of sympathy during our recent bereavement. To everyone who dropped off food, sent cards, flowers, made donations and visited our homes, thank you very much. We would like to extend a special thanks to Fr. J.J. MacDonald for conducting the Funeral Mass. Thank you to the Immaculate Conception readers and Choir and especially Stewart and Lucy for their lovely selections. To the pall bearers a special thanks: Colin, Brendan and Donald Higgins also Clifford and Jason White and Connor Murphy. Nana would be proud. Thank you to the CWL of Immaculate Conception for the great reception following the service. A special thanks to Manning Jobes and staff for their professional attention during this difficult time. A special thank you to all the medical Doctors and Nurses for their compassionate treatment looking after Mom following her stroke and to all Mom's home care workers in both Cape Breton and Fredericton especially Ruth, your kindness, humor and attention to Mom's needs were greatly appreciated by our family. Our family truly appreciates every kindness that was shown to her.
