Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s in the presence of his loving wife and children on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, Maxwell ‘Max’ Spurrell of Harbour Grace South, age 78 years. Predeceased by parents Francis and Minnie Spurrell, brother Chesley, brothers-in-law Hayward Noseworthy and Edward Yetman, sisters-in-law Mary Yetman and Ada Yetman, parents-in-law Robert and Ida Yetman. Leaving to mourn, wife: Stella; one son Keith (Sharon), Ontario; one daughter Nancy, Nova Scotia; two sisters: Mary Noseworthy, St. John’s and Carol (Sam) Rose, Salmon Cove; sisters-in-law: Lenora Yetman, New Brunswick and Beulah Spurrell, Harbour Grace South; brothers-in-law: Robert Yetman and Grant (Lillian) Yetman, both of Harbour Grace South and Phillip 'Cron' (Betty) Yetman, Ontario; also other relatives and friends.
