It is with great sadness that the family of the late RITA SELBY of Marystown (formerly of Grole, NL) announces her passing at the Grand Bank Health Care Centre in Grand Bank on Thursday May 17, 2012 at the age of 89. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Daughter Mary (George) Macvicar of Marystown; Sisters-in-law Blanche Jackman of Harbour Brenton and Theresa Jackman of Marystown; Brothers Gordon Jackman of Harbour Brenton, Thomas (Effie) Jackman of Harbour Brenton and Harvey (Roma) Jackman of Hillview; 2 Grandchildren Melissa (Danny) Whyte of Medicine Hat, AB. and Deanne (Christopher) Balison of Kamloops, BC; 4 Great-Grandchildren Thomas, Nathan and Emily Balison and Carter Whyte; Plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Pre-deceased by Husband Henry; Brothers Ted, Clyde and Joseph; Brother-in-law Thomas Selby.

Funeral Service took place on Monday May 21, 2012 at 2:00pm from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Marystown. Interment followed at the St. Michael’s Anglican Cemetery in Creston South. As expressions of sympathy donations in Rita’s memory may be made to St. Michaels Cemetery Fund.
