Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Walter Templeman Health Centre, Bell Island, on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at the age of 73. Predeceased by his mother Julia, father James, sister Mary Wiseman and brother-in-law Frank Skanes, Oct. 1, 2011. Leaving to mourn his wife Elaine; beloved daughters: Wendy and Courtney Leblanc (Graham); his lifelong pet Charlie and his buddy Ed Ezekiel; sisters: Nance Durdle, Agnes Ford (Ray), Marjorie Shaw (Jim); brothers: John, Don (Eileen), Gary (Shirley), Randy, Colin (Rosemarie), Carl; sisters-in-law: Linda Skanes, and Debbie Vokey (Lorne); brother-in-law Walter Skanes (Denny); two special aunts: Mabel Fleming and Christine Ballard, many nephews, nieces and cousins, next door neighbor and friend Peter Butler Jr. and special family friend Jean Ricks, Ricky (Michelle) and Wally. Cremation has taken place with burial to be announced at a later date.
