Passed peacefully away at the G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday June 14, 2012 Clifford Murphy of Charlottetown in his 84th year.
Leaving to mourn are his sons: Don Murphy and wife Donna of Glovertown, Greg Mawhinney and wife Debbie of St. John’s; daughter Cathy Chaulk and husband Craig of Alberta, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; brothers: Larry, Stuart, Greg and Ricky; sister Lena plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Pre-deceased by his wife Blanche, parents Clarence and Christina Murphy, brothers: Tommy and Sandy; sister Alice.Funeral service was officiated by Rev. Vera Abbott from Emmanuel United Church, Charlottetown on Monday June 18, 2012 with internment following at Charlottetown Community Cemetery.
